Secrets to skin and body care

For me, the No. 1 self-care procedure is a sauna. I visit her 2 times a week after training. What is a sauna? This is not only detoxification of the body, but also an acceleration of metabolism, improvement of the skin condition, strengthening of immunity, stimulation of various organs and entire systems of the body. Sauna helps maintain muscle tone, physical fitness and, if we are talking about makeup, tired skin after long shoots, concerts, it is the sauna that returns a healthy complexion and strength.

Skin Nutrition

Another secret of mine is body care. We are somehow used to using face cream in the morning and evening, and often forget about the body. Meanwhile, the body needs regular nutrition and hydration no less than your face or hands. Therefore, do not forget about body milk, and for the neckline it is better to use your face cream. And you need to do this daily if you want the skin to be soft, soft, not stressed by temperature changes and, as long as possible, stay young.

Skin cleansing

In addition, do not forget that in order to preserve youth and beauty, the skin needs not only nutrition and hydration, but also regular cleansing. Our skin needs constant updating and removal of the keratinized layer of cells. Scrubs that can be cooked at home do an excellent job of this task. Scrubs not only help cleanse the skin, but also contribute to the production of collagen, which, in turn, affects its appearance and fit. Preparing a scrub at home is not difficult, and to achieve the effect it is enough to use it once a week. The best way is to apply the scrub on the body after taking a bath, on the already steamed body, rub it with light massage movements, and then rinse with warm water.

  • Chocolate scrub In a small container, mix ½ cup coconut oil, ½ cup brown sugar and ¼ cup cocoa powder. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Honey scrub Melt ¼ cup honey, then add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and ½ cup brown sugar.
  • Coffee scrub Take ½ cup freshly ground coffee grounds, mix with 2 tablespoons of sugar or sea salt, add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil.
